Return Policy Overview

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of your items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on certain electrical components, opened fluid containers, or custom-ordered items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Products

Based on the specialized nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

Return Process

  2. Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. Pack Items Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  4. Ship to Us: Send the package to our address (see below). We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
  5. Inspection & Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline and Methods

After we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days

Note that shipping costs are non-refundable for changed mind returns. For defective or incorrect items, we will refund your original shipping costs.

Exchanges

We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
