Return Policy Overview
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receipt of your items. To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in its original packaging
- Item must be in the same condition as when received
- You must provide receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Products
Due to the specialized nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:

- Pack Items Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship to Us: Send the package to our address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once received, we’ll inspect the item and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline and Methods
After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within:
- Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 3-5 business days
Important: Shipping costs are non-refundable for changed mind returns. For defective or incorrect items, we will refund your original shipping costs.
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different product, please follow the return process above and place a new order for the desired item.
